Delete your account

Remove your account, scan history, collections and grading records permanently.

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please send a request to our support email:

How it works

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account or your Device ID (found in the app settings).
  3. Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

What data will be deleted

  • Your account profile and authentication data
  • Scan history and saved card results
  • Collections and grading records
  • Any other personal data associated with your account
Important: account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings before requesting deletion. Anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you personally may be retained for analytics purposes.
